Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Worldframe (worldframe.xyz), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Worldframe is a DAO-native capital engine that issues NFTs across 18 global impact categories via daily auctions. NFT holders gain governance voting rights over real impact investments made through the Worldframe DAO, governed by the Common Covenant.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including securities regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. Wallet & Blockchain

You are solely responsible for your wallet security, private keys, and seed phrases. Worldframe cannot recover lost wallets or reverse blockchain transactions. All on-chain actions (bids, purchases, votes) are final and irreversible.

5. NFT Auctions

Daily auctions are conducted on the Base network (Ethereum L2). Winning bids are final. Revenue is allocated as follows: 95% to the Worldframe impact treasury for investments, 2% to Gray Group International (operational partner), and 3% to the Freedom Network Treasury.

6. Governance

NFT holders may vote on funding proposals within their category. Voting power is determined by NFT ownership. Governance decisions are made through the Worldframe DAO, constrained by the Common Covenant.

7. No Investment Advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. NFTs may lose value. Impact investments carry risk of partial or total loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

8. Funding Applications

Submitting a funding application does not guarantee approval or investment. All applications undergo a 12-point due diligence process. Worldframe reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

Worldframe, its operators, and affiliates are not liable for any losses arising from platform use, smart contract bugs, blockchain network issues, wallet security breaches, or investment outcomes. Use the platform at your own risk.

10. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email.
